Pages 66–67 publish weak-axis elastic modulus 471 cm³, also confirmed by the exact-geometry HK 280x280x10.5x18 row in GB/T 11263-2024. Kardemir's rounded A=131 cm² and iy=7.09 cm support this correction; no missing HEB Iy is inferred. Both original and current Kardemir PDFs retain 421.0, so the replacement is explicitly a reviewed comparison value.
